Frequently Asked Questions about Forsyth House Rentals:

 

1. Who can rent the Forsyth House?

Individuals can rent the spaces for a modest fee.

2. What are the different spaces? How much does it cost to rent them?

The Steen Suite is located on the main floor and includes a formal living room, dining room, and full kitchen with restroom located at the top of the stairs in the main floor. Capacity: 20 people.

Prices for the Steen Suite are as follows:

  • $30 half day (4 or less hours)
  • $55 full day (5 or more hours)

The Ogden Fellowship Room is located upstairs and includes the upstairs large room with kitchenette and restroom. Capacity: 90 people. Includes 12 tables, 92 chairs, and 3 serving tables.

Prices for the Ogden Fellowship Room are as follows:

  • $45 half day (4 or less hours)
  • $60 full day (5 or more hours)

To rent both spaces at the same time, the prices are as follows:

  • $75 half day (4 or less hours)
  • $100 full day (5 or more hours)

3. How do I obtain and submit proof of a Certificate of Insurance?

Instructions are provided in the contract. You can also contact Risk Mangement, nave@.zcyl58.com.

4. How can I pay?

You can pay in cash or IDC.

5. How do I open the house the day of my event?

Renters can pick up a key at the Honors Office, Nethery 108 the day before their reservation.

6. How can I reserve my space?

To reserve your space, please provide payment and a completed contract at least 72 hours in advance.
